Caller is reporting that someone ran over a stop sign that is in the SW corner of Holmes and Irving. He stated that he moved the sign of the road and now is laying in the sidewalk. He said that it has skid marks, and it is very damaged. He is concern because there is a school close by and they use the stop sign.
