God can we fix the water leak at Montezuma and 3rd. I don't know how many times I've reported it and asked neighbors who live around there to also report it. I've been assured they have also reported it. It has been MONTHS this leak has been going on. Not only is it a waste of finate resources it's a joke on the city of Tucson that they care more about the signs and stencils for the bicyclists the area.
