Other issue in park

Please re-open Montezuma St. on the west side of Alvernon Park. You have created a haven for the homeless by closing off the street. TPD Homeless Sgt. Jack Jelsing has been cleaning up this area for far too long with no results. Once the homeless are removed, they come back a week later. There are two schools nearby, the Lutheran Church less than 500 feet away and where children from that school used to visit the park every day. The other school is Peter Howell. The homeless there do not want any help. They are using drugs and pooping in the park. Please do something!
