Traffic Signals

Please fix the timing of the traffic light at Broadway and Alvernon. The East-West light stays green for far too long. At rush hour, there is no one waiting on Broadway, but North- South traffic on Alvernon gets backed up almost a half mile. This is new sometime this winter.
