A Concern about oncoming issue

I need the sewer drainage/potholes on our streets to be sprayed with something to keep down the water bug roaches. I am aware it is done regularly but it needs to be done sooner than later because it’s starting to get hotter out and I’m doing this message at the end of April 2024.
